We were appointed by Yotel to assist in the design of a Japanese pod type modular hotel.
Our brief included the design of air conditioning, ventilation and lighting for this unique hotel concept and feasibility of two potential sites in the UK comprising of approximately 50 beds each. We completed our role by delivering designs for single, double and family room types plus services for an unmanned reception including security and all back of house and communal hotel areas.
