We have been appointed by the University of Essex to take the refurbishment of three student accommodation blocks from feasibility to design.
The project is to be phased with one block per annum being refurbished in time for the autumn term start. At feasibility stage our task was to survey the iconic towers existing services systems and structure, and to review all record and operational information. Then to work upon services design concepts to create innovative and inspiring accommodation for students to live and learn. ;
