Refurbishment of the existing listed building and the new build extension incorporating new study bedrooms and teaching space.
The project also includes an art studio. The building services solution incorporates solar thermal panels located on the roof of the building for hot water heating and a rainwater harvesting system which is used for toilet flushing and garden irrigation.
