We were appointed to refurbish this prestigious listed building back to Cat A.
The Mechanical and Electrical works generally comprised of new fan coil units, complete with new associated heating, chilled water and condensate pipework and new controls linking back to the existing central plant.
New lighting, small power and fire alarms were also installed.
