We were instructed by P & O Estates to work on the Block D phase of this masterplan in Kings Cross.
The mixed scheme comprises of an even split of residentail and commercial space with a small element of retail to the ground floors. The project consists of both new build and refurbishment, and our solution implements a geothermal solution to achieve the recent London Plan requirements.
