We were appointed by the software company Electronic Arts to refurbish these commercial offices in Guildford.
The scheme is split over 6 floors with a gross floor area of 100000 sq ft. Our design utilized the existing fan coil and VRF systems to suit the clients need to create a comfortable working environment whilst supporting their advanced IT requirements
