A grade II listed modernist building original design by Maxwell Fry which stood empty for several years and was showing severe signs of neglect.
The building has been fully modernised and the existing structure repaired, new windows have been installed with new services including air conditioning and an outdoor swimming pool. Miramonte is a pivotal building in the history of modern English Architecture.
