The scheme includes a new transportation centre, commercial offices, retail and residential on a sensitive protected area within the waterfront in St. Helier.
The brief insisted upon an energy efficient design solution without fuss or over elaboration and we have used our environmental expertise to explore the use of sustainable materials and renewable energy sources.
