Project: Scottish Widows HQ - Edinburgh Project Type: Commercial / Office. Client: Lloyds TSB / Scottish Widows. Description: We were appointed by Lloyds TSB to undertake a complete design audit of the Scottish Widows Headquarters building in Edinburgh.  Following completion of the audit a number of recommendations were made by us for major remedial works to the existing systems. Our appointment was extended to undertake the remedial works design and implementation with a Construction Manager and act as expert witness on behalf of Lloyds TSB in their litigation claim against the original construction team. The remedial works were successfully completed in May 2005.
