GDM were instructed by Amsprop to undertake the design of the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services for the proposed fit-out works within the Grey Building, Great Portland Street, London.
This is an existing 6 storey building which Amsprop have fit-out. GDM will be challenged with designing new services throughout whilst maintaining the existing low floor to ceiling heights
