Craig began his career at Foremans where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of building services engineering for a number of commercial schemes including Minster Court, Little Britain and the Bishopsgate Redevelopment.
From Foremans Craig joined GDM in 1996 as a senior mechanical engineer where he was responsible for a number of large projects including 150,000 ft2 office fit outs for Direct Line Insurance.
In 2000 Craig was promoted to Associate where he became involved in leading a number of prestigious projects for Canary Wharf, Sony and Derwent London.
In 2006 GDM opened their new office in Waterloo which is headed by Craig. From this office Craig oversees all GDM’s projects in and around London.
Craig was promoted to Director in 2008 and is currently responsible for the following projects:
- Multi storey residential scheme for MCR Properties.
- New masterplanning and office development in Staines for P&O Estates.
- New commercial office scheme for Amsprop UK.
- Refurbishment of 120,000 ft2 building in Euston for the Deerbrook Group.
- Cat B fit out of 70,000 ft2 offices for Speechly Bircham.
- Numerous office development refurbishment for Derwent London
